Travel Policy & Rate Breakdown Below:

In and Out-of-State Travel Policy

· Travel fees are added to the service total and are due with service total.

· Travel fees, including room & board fees are non-refundable once travel has been completed, even if the service is not performed due to a client issue (e.g., cancellation, punctuality, etc.).

· Travel distance and time shown are calculated one way, but the rates shown covers round-trip travel (to and from the service location).

Example:

· Service total: $120 (based on service selected)

· Deposit: $55 (goes toward the service total)

· Travel fee: $65 (1.5hrs away, total of 3hrs travel)

=

· Total due at booking: $55 (deposit)

· Balance due on the day of service: $130 ($120 service total - $55 deposit + $65 travel fee)

Travel Rates:

• 0–25 miles / 10–30 min drive: +$30

• 26–55 miles / 44 min–1 hr drive: +$45

• 56–100 miles / 1.5–2 hrs drive: +$65

• 101–200 miles / 2.5–3.5 hrs drive: +$100–$135

• 201–300 miles / 3.5–5 hrs drive: +$175–$215

• 300–380 miles / 5–6 hrs drive: +$225+

Out-of-State Travel Policy

• Up to 7 hours driving (max 480 miles): +$300–$380

• Beyond 7 hours driving: Room & board must be provided.
