EVENT & GROUP BOOKING POLICIES

Event Policies Below:

These apply when your booking includes extended time after the initial service for things like:

Touch-ups, Look changes, On-site availability, Any booking where extended time after the initial service is booked.

Examples include:

Weddings

Photo Shoots

Set Makeup

Any booking where the artist stays beyond the initial application

Event Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled class or appointment.

• If cancelled before the 72-hour window, your deposit can be applied to a future booking. The new date does not have to be selected immediately.

• If cancelled within 72 hours, the deposit cannot be transferred or reused. A new deposit is required to rebook.

• Note: All deposits are non-refundable, no matter when you cancel.

Group Event Policies:

These apply when your booking includes services for 3 or more people as part of the same event.

Examples include:

Bridal Parties

Group Glam Sessions

Large Event Preparations

Group Event Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 week before the scheduled group event.

• If cancelled before the 1-week mark, your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled date (rescheduling doesn’t have to be immediate).

• If cancelled within 1 week, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to rebook.

• Note: All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel.
