Class Policies Below:
Client & Artists – Class Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled class.
• If cancelled before the 72-hour window, your deposit can be applied to a future booking. The new date does not have to be selected immediately.
• If cancelled within 72 hours, the deposit cannot be transferred or reused. A new deposit is required to rebook.
• Note: All deposits are non-refundable, no matter when you cancel.
Group Class Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made at least 1 week before the scheduled group class.
• If cancelled before the 1-week mark, your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled date (rescheduling doesn’t have to be immediate).
• If cancelled within 1 week, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to rebook.
• Note: All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel.
Class Overtime Policy
Classes are scheduled for 1 to 4 hours, depending on the type.
• If a class runs over due to the client needing more time (and no class is scheduled after yours), a 30-minute grace period will be allotted.
• After that, for each additional hour, half of the first hour’s rate will be added.
- Example: A $50 one-hour class = $25 extra per hour after the grace period.
• If class runs over due to client lateness, no extra overtime fee will be charged until after 30 minutes beyond your original slot (the $25 late fee already covers the expected run-over).
• If class runs over because of the artist’s delay, a 20% discount will be applied to the total.
